Happy Halloween everybody! The puzzle below is interesting for three reasons-- It's a Halloween themed puzzle! It's my first collaboration with joeadultman , who is a great setter and a great streamer and a great human! And it's an homage! Lately I've been streaming some of the oldest Cox and Rathvon Atlantic Puzzlers (now online for the first time!) and in the course of solving Masquerade Ball we talked about making an updated version. So this is that: a newer take on a Cox and Rathvon classic. You don't need to solve the original to enjoy this one, but also you can't go wrong with a Cox and Rathvon variety cryptic.
